The recruitment is for the following positions under Advertisement No. 02 (NFL)/2025, published on 01/10/2025:
- Chief Manager (Marketing) (Post Code: 61000130, Pay Scale E-6): Total Vacancies: 02. Pay Scale (2017 IDA based): ₹90000-240000.
- Senior Manager (Marketing) (Post Code: 61000129, Pay Scale E-5): Total Vacancies: 02. Pay Scale (2017 IDA based): ₹80000-220000.
Note: The number of vacancies are tentative and may increase or decrease at the absolute discretion of NFL. Selected candidates will be posted at any Units/Offices of NFL or its Joint Ventures across India.

CTC Requirement (as on cut-off date 30/09/2025):
- Chief Manager (Marketing): Minimum required CTC: ₹19.49 Lakhs per annum. Minimum 02 Years experience at this CTC.
- Senior Manager (Marketing): Minimum required CTC: ₹17.06 Lakhs per annum. Minimum 02 Years experience at this CTC.
Note: For experience requiring 02 years at minimum CTC, candidates are also eligible if their cumulative CTC for the last 02 years is at least twice the minimum annual CTC specified. Candidates must be working at the minimum CTC on the cut-off date in the relevant domain. Computer Literacy is desirable for all candidates.

Mode of Selection
Selection will be based on a Personal Interview. Candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted based on application details. NFL reserves the right to conduct a screening test in the event of a large number of applications, but no TA will be paid for the test.
Candidates are required to qualify in the Personal Interview with a minimum average of 50% marks. Tie-breaking criteria involve percentage of qualifying exam marks, then date of birth.
