Eligibility Details
Senior Advocate
- Age Limit: Not below 21 years and above 45 years as on 01.09.2025 (Upper age relaxation in deserving cases).
- Educational Qualification: Law Graduate having a Bachelor's Degree in Law (including Integrated Degree Course in Law) recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
- Experience: 4 years working experience under a Senior Lawyer, Law Firm, or independent practice, including knowledge of drafting various types of documents. Must possess writing abilities and computer knowledge.
Junior Advocate
- Age Limit: Not below 21 years and above 45 years as on 01.09.2025 (Upper age relaxation in deserving cases).
- Educational Qualification: Law Graduate having a Bachelor's Degree in Law (including Integrated Degree Course in Law) recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
- Experience: 2 years working experience under a Senior Lawyer, Law Firm, or independent practice, having knowledge of drafting various types of documents. Must possess writing abilities and computer knowledge.
Media Coordinator
- Age Limit: Upper age limit is 45 years as on 01.10.2025.
- Essential Education Qualification: Either: a) Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC) with P.G. Diploma in Media / Mass Communication / Journalism / Digital PR / Social Media / Advertising / Public Relations. OR b) Master of Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC).
- Additional Requirement: Experience in Software like Protocol / Corol freehand, etc. Must be thorough with feeding google sheets, Portal updating, etc.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in Executive / Supervisory cadre in the above field. Must be conversant with Social Media handles.

Important Conditions
- The engagement is purely contractual for one year, extendable based on performance reports.
- Original documents must be submitted at the time of the interview for verification. The crucial date for determining eligibility (age, qualification, experience) is the first day of the month in which applications are invited (assuming September 2025 based on age criteria cut-off date).
- Candidates working in other organizations must submit an NOC from the present Employer; otherwise, they will not be allowed for the interview.
- Selected candidates will have no claim for regular absorption or appointment in Port service.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to immediate disqualification.
Mode of Selection
Eligible candidates will be called for an interview via e-mail or post, as decided by Management. The date, time, and venue of the interview will be informed accordingly.
