The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Deoghar, a premier healthcare and educational institution established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, is initiating a recruitment drive. This is an excellent opportunity for eligible and motivated candidates to contribute to apex healthcare services in underserved areas of the country. AIIMS Deoghar is inviting applications for the contractual engagement of various Non-Faculty posts.
These positions are purely on a contract basis initially for 11 months, extendable yearly based on performance, or until the vacancy is filled on a regular basis. Candidates must meet the specific eligibility criteria detailed below for the respective roles advertised on 22.09.2025.

Eligibility Details
Age and all other qualifications will be counted as on the date of publication of the advertisement (22.09.2025). The period of experience wherever prescribed shall be counted after obtaining the prescribed qualification.
- Blood Transfusion Officer: Recognized medical qualification included in I or II schedule or Pan II of the 3rd schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the IMC Act 1956 AND 5 years' experience in Blood Bank with component separator. OR M.D in Blood Transfusion Medicine with 1 year experience in Blood Bank with component separator during PG course. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 104935/-
- Senior Programmer: BE/B.Tech/ MCA/ B.Sc with Diploma in Computer Application + 10 years' experience in IT Systems/ Networking/ Hardware Configuration/ Software Programming in relevant Government/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 104935/-
- Public Relation Officer: Degree from recognized university with Post-Graduation/ Diploma in Public Relations/ Corporate Communication/ Journalism/ Mass Communication WITH 10 years' experience in the relevant field. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 104935/-
- Asst. Blood Transfusion Officer: Recognized medical qualification (as per IMC Act) AND 2 years' experience in Blood Bank work after registration as a medical graduate. Must be registered with a State Medical Council. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 86955/-
- Security Officer: Degree from recognized University/equivalent. Officers of the Police Departments of the Central/State/ UT Governments or Officers of the Armed Forces including Para Military Forces, holding analogous posts or with 2/3 years regular service in a post in PB-2 GP 4800/ GP 4600 or above, preferably having experience connected with security, handling agitations and strikes of employees. - Laundry Manager: 12th pass or equivalent + Diploma/Certificate in Dry Cleaning/ Laundry Technology from a recognized Institute + 12 years' experience in a reputed mechanized Laundry. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 54870/-
- Medical Record Officer: Bachelors Degree preferable with Science + 1 year course in Medical Record from recognized institution + Not less than 5 years' experience in organizing and maintenance of Medical records in a not less than 200 Bedded Medical Hospital/ institute. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 54870/-
- Dental Technician (Hygiene): 10 + 2 with Science + Diploma (min 2 years) in Dental Hygiene; or Dental Mechanic; or Maxillo-facial prothesis and Orthodontic appliances. Registered as Dental Hygienist/ Dental Mechanic with the Dental Council of India + 5 years' Experience in the relevant field. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 54870/-
- Jr. Medical Record Officer: B.Sc. (Medical Records) or 10 +2 (Science) with at least 6 month Diploma/ Certificate course in Medical Record Keeping + 2 years' experience in Medical Record Keeping in a Hospital Setup AND ability to use computers (Typing speed 35 wpm English or 30 wpm Hindi). Consolidated Salary: Rs. 45260/-
- Fire Technician: 10+2 from recognized Board/ University (Relaxable up to class 10 for Ex-Servicemen). Must meet specific Physical Standards (Height: 167 cm, Chest: 80 cm + 5 cm expansion; Vision 6/12 both eyes, no colour blindness). Desirable: Service in Armed Forces/ Para Military Forces/Police, firefighting experience in a hospital. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 39525/-
Age criteria may apply as per policy, with relaxations available for Government servants, SC, ST and OBC as per Govt. decision.

Important Conditions
- The engagement is purely on a contractual basis for 11 months, liable for extension or lapse upon regular appointment.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview & document verification.
- The appointee shall not be entitled to any benefits like PF, Pension, Gratuity, Seniority, etc.
- Appointees cannot accept any other paid assignment or engage in private practice during the contract period.
- Candidates already in Government service must submit a 'No Objection Certificate' at the time of interview.
- Fee once remitted will not be refunded.
