Eligibility Details
- Qualification: Candidates must possess the qualifying degree in the relevant discipline as mentioned in the detailed advertisement (Advt. No. CC /07/2024 dtd. 27.09.2024).
- GATE Score: Only the GATE 2025 score (Normalized Marks out of 100) is valid. GATE score of 2024 or prior is not accepted.
- Selection Criteria: Candidates must qualify in GATE 2025 and in Personal Interview separately.
- Age Criteria: Age criteria may apply as per policy (refer to detailed advertisement).

- Application Start Date: 30 September 2025 (17:00 hrs.)

- Application Fee: Non-refundable fee of Rs. 500/-. SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-SM/Departmental candidates are exempted. Payment must be made online.
- Required Documents (Uploads): Latest colour passport size photograph (.jpg, max 50 kb), scanned signature (.jpg, max 30 kb), DOB proof certificate, caste/disability/discharge certificate, age relaxation cum domicile certificate, and final qualification passing certificate (or last semester/year marksheet for final year appearing candidates).
- Submission: Application is complete only upon submission of fees. No hard copy needs to be sent.
Important Conditions
- Candidates must correctly declare Name, DOB, and Category as per their certificates.
- Identity verification for GD/Interview requires GATE 2025 Admit Card and Original GATE 2025 Score Card.
- The offer issued for POWERGRID/CTUIL is final; no request for change of organization will be entertained if an offer is accepted or declined.
- If a candidate accepts an offer from either POWERGRID or CTUIL, the candidature for the other organization stands automatically cancelled.
Mode of Selection
Selection will be based on GATE 2025 score followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview. Candidates may also undergo a Psychometric Assessment.
