Age Criteria: Minimum Age: 45 Years; Maximum Age: 57 Years (as of the cut-off date).
Eligibility Details
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Mining Engineering, AND
- First Class Manager Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS for Iron-ore.
Required Experience:
Minimum 23 years relevant post-qualification experience, of which ten years must be in development and managing the operation of metalliferous mines/open cast mines in India, covering areas like mine planning, drilling, blasting, production/excavation, dewatering, safety, environmental management, and quality control. Liaisoning experience with DGMS, MoEF, Pollution Control Board, etc., is required.
Desirable Experience: Experience working in the statutory capacity of Mines Manager in metalliferous mines/open cast mines, or experience in Regulatory Authorities (DGMS/IBM/MoEF) in green field projects, contract management, and establishing mine infrastructure.
Experience for Govt./PSUs Applicants:
- Minimum service period of 2 years in the pay scale of ₹1,20,000-3%-2,80,000/- (E8 Grade) (IDA) (OR) Equivalent CDA Pay Scale.
Experience for Private Sector Applicants:
- Drawing minimum CTC of ₹38.49 Lakhs or above (Average) per annum for the last 2 years.
- Must include experience of a minimum of two levels below the Board level for at least two years.

Important Conditions
