- Administrative Officer [UR]: Direct Recruitment: Bachelor Degree + 5 Years supervisory experience in Central Govt./Autonomous Bodies in Pay Level 7 admin side. Deputation/Short Term Contract: Analogous Post in Pay Level 10 OR ASO equivalent with 8 years service (3 in Accounts/Admin/Establishment). Max Age: 50/56 Years.
- Radiologist [UR]: MD in Radiology OR MBBS & DNB Radiology (2 Yrs) + 2 Years Experience in Radiology in at least a 50 Bedded Hospital. Registration mandatory with NMC and AERB & ELORA. Max Age: 40 Years.
- Nursing Officer (Ayurveda) [EWS]: B.Sc. Nursing (Ayush) OR Diploma in Nursing & Pharmacy of Ayush + 2 Years experience in a minimum 25 bedded Hospital after qualification. Max Age: 30 Years.
- Nursing Officer (Modern) [UR]: B.Sc.(Hons)/B.Sc. Nursing OR Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing OR Diploma in GNM + Registration + 2 Years experience in a minimum 25 bedded Hospital after qualification. Max Age: 30 Years.
- Personal Assistant: Stenographers in Pay Level 4 or above working in Central/State Govt. Offices/Autonomous Bodies with 5 Years Regular Service. Max Age: 56 Years.
- Junior Medical Laboratory Technologist [UR]: 10+2 with Science Subject and DMLT from a Govt. recognized Institution with 1 year relevant Experience. Max Age: 28 Years.
- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) [Various]: Pass in 10th Standard from a Central/State Board of Education. Max Age: 25 Years.
Age Criteria Note: The crucial date for determining the age limit is 05-12-2025. Age relaxation rules apply for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PH (10 years), and Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. rules for Direct Recruitment posts. The Upper Age Limit for Deputation posts is generally 56 Years. Age relaxation is not applicable to regular employees of NIA.

Important Conditions
- Applicants must be a citizen of India.
- OBC and EWS certificates must be in the prescribed Govt. of India format, valid for the year 2025-26.
