Details of Position
The recruitment drive is for two (02) posts of Private Secretary, tenable for three (03) years, under the following modes:
- One Post on Deputation or Absorption Basis.
- One post on Deputation Basis only.
Pay Level: Level-7 in 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised pay scale of Rs.9,300 - 34,800 + Rs.4,600 GP in PB-2).
Eligibility Details
Applicants must be Officers under the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Agriculture Universities, Recognized Research Institutions, or Statutory/Autonomous Organizations.
Required Service/Post:
- (a) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; OR
- (b) With five years regular service in the pay scale of Level-6 in 7th CPC Pay Matrix [pre-revised scale Rs.9,300 - 34,800 + Rs.4,200 GP in PB-2] or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- English shorthand and typing with a speed of 120 and 30 words per minute respectively.
- Fluency in English with working knowledge in computers.
- Experience: Senior Grade C Stenographer with 5 years regular service and having experience of working in Central Government or Autonomous Bodies with computer knowledge.
Age Limit: Should not have completed 56 years of age as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
