Eligibility Details
Essential Qualifications:
- Officer Trainee (Finance): CA / ICWA (CMA) Pass. The final mark sheet issuance date will be considered as the date of acquiring essential qualification.
- Officer Trainee (Company Secretary): Candidates must be Associate Members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The date of acquiring the Associate Member Certificate will be the date of acquiring essential qualification.
Age Limit:
The Upper Age Limit for both positions is 28 years as on 05.11.2025.
Age Relaxations (Subject to reservation of post):
- OBC(NCL) candidates: 3 years
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years
- PwBD candidates: 10 years for UR/EWS; 13 years for OBC(NCL); 15 years for SC/ST

- Service Agreement Bond: Selected candidates must execute a bond of ₹5,00,000/- (General/OBC(NCL)/EWS) or ₹2,50,000/- (SC/ST/PwBD) plus taxes, requiring them to complete training and serve for at least three years thereafter.
- Final selection depends on the final score derived from CBT (85%), Group Discussion (3%), and Personal Interview (12%).
Mode of Selection
The selection process involves a Written Test/Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by Document Verification, Group Discussion (GD), Behavioral Assessment, and Personal Interview (PI).
- CBT Structure: 2 hours duration, objective type questions. Section 1: Professional Knowledge Test (PKT) - 120 Questions. Section 2: Executive Aptitude Test (EAT) - 50 Questions. (1/4 negative marking).
- Qualifying in CBT: Unreserved/EWS require minimum 40% overall, subject to 30% in EAT and PKT separately. Reserved categories require minimum 30% overall, subject to 25% in EAT and PKT separately.
- Qualifying in Interview: Unreserved/EWS require 40%; Reserved vacancies require 30%. GD has no qualifying marks.
