Compensation Package Details

  • During Training Period: Basic Pay of ₹ 40,000/- along with extant IDA, HRA, and perks @12% of basic pay. Approx. CTC during training: Rs. 11.00 lakhs per annum.
  • On Regularization (Officer at E-2 level in Executive Cadre): Basic Pay scale starts at ₹ 50,000/- (3% - 1,60,000/- IDA). Approx. CTC after training: Rs. 22.50 lakhs per annum.
  • The compensation package post-regularization includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance as per cafeteria approach, Performance Related Pay, Accommodation/HRA, conveyance reimbursement, PF, Gratuity, Pension, etc.

Eligibility Details

Officer Trainee (Company Secretary)

  • Essential Qualification: Candidates should be Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
  • Age Limit: Upper Age Limit is 28 years as on 05.11.2025.
  • Date of Qualification Cut-off: Date of acquiring Associate Member Certificate from ICSI will be the date of acquiring essential qualification.

Officer Trainee (Finance)

  • Essential Qualification: CA / ICWA (CMA) Pass.
  • Age Limit: Upper Age Limit is 28 years as on 05.11.2025.
  • Date of Qualification Cut-off: Date of issuance of final mark sheet shall be taken as the date of acquiring essential qualification.

Age Relaxations (Subject to reservation of post)

  • OBC(NCL) candidates: 3 years
  • SC/ST candidates: 5 years
  • PwBD candidates: 10 years for UR/EWS; 13 years for OBC(NCL) & 15 years for SC/ST

Application Details

  • Application Window: Open from 15.10.2025 (1700 hrs) to 05.11.2025 (2359 hrs).

  • Application Fee: Non-refundable ₹ 500/- (wherever applicable). SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
  • Required Documents to Upload: Recent passport photo, Signature, DOB proof, Qualification Certificates/Mark Sheets (as one PDF for Finance), Caste/EWS/PwBD certificates (if applicable), NOC/Undertaking (if employed in Govt./PSU).
  • Service Agreement Bond: Selected candidates must execute a service bond of ₹ 5,00,000/- (for G/OBC(NCL)/EWS) or ₹ 2,50,000/- (for SC/ST/PwBD) plus taxes, requiring them to serve for at least three years after training.

Important Conditions

  • Candidates must meet the general standards of eligibility even if the post is not specifically reserved for their category.
  • All computations of Age and Qualification are calculated as on the closing date of online application (05.11.2025).
  • Marks in Essential Qualification will not be rounded off for deciding eligibility.
  • The selection process is provisional until successful medical fitness check and submission of required documents.

Mode of Selection

The selection process will involve:

  1. Written Test / Computer Based Test (CBT): Consisting of Professional Knowledge Test (PKT - 120 Qs) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT - 50 Qs). Total duration: 2 hours. (1/4 negative marking).
  2. Shortlisting for Next Stage: Based on CBT marks (with qualifying cut-offs varying by category).
  3. Group Discussion (GD), Behavioral Assessment, and Personal Interview (PI).

Final Weightage for Empanelment: CBT Marks (85%), Group Discussion (3%), Personal Interview (12%). GD carries no qualifying marks, but Interview has qualifying cut-offs (40% for UR/EWS, 30% for Reserved).
