- Mode of Recruitment: One post on Deputation or Absorption Basis; One post on Deputation Basis only.
- Pay Level: Level-7 in 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised pay scale of Rs.9,300 - 34,800 + Rs.4,600 GP in PB-2)
- Tenure: Initial period of three (03) years on deputation, extendable based on requirement/performance.
Eligibility Details
Applicants must be officers under the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, Agriculture Universities, Recognized Research Institutions, Councils, Semi Government, Statutory, or Autonomous Organizations.
Essential Criteria:
- Analogous Post: Officers must be holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; OR
- Service in Lower Grade: Officers must have five years of regular service in the pay scale of Level-6 in 7th CPC Pay Matrix [pre-revised scale Rs.9,300 - 34,800 + Rs.4,200 GP in PB-2] or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
Educational Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory):
- English shorthand and typing with a speed of 120 wpm and 30 wpm, respectively.
- Fluency in English with working knowledge in computers.
- Experience Requirement: Senior Grade C Stenographer with 5 years regular service and having experience of working in Central Government or Autonomous Bodies with computer knowledge.
Age Limit: Should not have completed 56 years of age as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Age criteria may apply as per policy.
