Eligibility Details

Candidates must meet the specific educational criteria for each post:

  • General Manager - Credit Monitoring: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM).
  • Deputy Manager - Human Resources: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM).
  • Deputy Manager - Audit: Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Deputy Manager - Learning & Development: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).
  • General Manager - HR (on contract): Graduate with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution. Desirable: Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management /Human Resource Management or MBA/PGDM/PGDBM.
