    Eligibility Details

    Qualification:

    • Civil: Degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering.
    • Mechanical: Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Electrical: Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Power Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
    • Chemical: Degree in Chemical Engineering OR M.Tech in Applied Chemistry.
    • E&I: Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering// Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Electronics Communication & Instrumentation Engineering/ Instrumentation & Process Control Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering / Degree in Applied Electronics/Degree in Instrumentation & Control Systems.

    Experience:

    Candidates must have experience as an Executive/Officer in Govt. or PSUs or reputed/leading organizations as mentioned against the required number of years of experience (08 years as on 02/02/2026).

    Specific experience required includes:

    • Civil: Executing Greenfield / Brownfield projects / construction management, quality assurance, cost control, earth work, soil investigation, piling, RCC, structural / plant and building, tankages / Construction and maintenance of railways / road, cooling tower, piping network.
    • Mechanical: Maintenance of Pumps / Ball Mill/Crusher/Conveyor/Power Plant / Experience in Alumina Refinery mechanical maintenance / erection / commissioning of Alumina Refinery project.
    • Electrical: PLC/VFD/Power distribution/ Transformers & Motors/ Power plant/ Experience in Alumina Refinery electrical maintenance/erection/commissioning of Alumina Refinery project.
    • Chemical: Bayer process of Alumina Plant or Calciner / main process experience of zinc / Copper plant/ Experience in Alumina Refinery project in erection/commissioning.
    • E&I: Field instrumentation of any Industry/ DCS/PLC experience / Experience in Alumina Refinery E&I maintenance / erection / commissioning of Alumina Refinery project.

    Age Criteria: Maximum Upper Age Limit is 38 Years as on 02/02/2026. Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India rules.

    • UR, OBC & EWS Candidates: ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) towards Application Fee & processing fee.
    • SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: ₹500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) as processing fee.

    Important Conditions

    • Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
    • Candidates must upload a scanned copy of their recent passport size photograph, qualification proofs, and experience-related documents.
    • The assessment process involves a Written Test/Computer-Based Test (CBT) with 85% weightage and Personal Interview (PI) with 15% weightage for E03 grade.
    • Minimum qualifying marks in WT/CBT and PI are 50% for UR, and lower percentages apply for reserved categories.
    • Candidates attending PI (if applicable) will be reimbursed travel expenses limited to IInd class AC to and fro train/bus fare (only SC/ST/PwBD eligible for TA reimbursement for Written Test/CBT).
    • Final appointment is subject to passing the Company's Medical Examination.
    • Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India or abroad and are transferable as per organizational requirements.
    • Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature.

    Mode of Selection

    The selection process comprises a Written Test/Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by a Personal Interview (PI).
