    Eligibility Details

    Pay Scale & Experience (Manager E03)

    • Pay Scale (IDA Pattern): Revised- 70000-200000/- (Pre-Revised - 80000-220000/-)
    • Minimum Experience (in relevant areas as on 02/02/2026): 08 Years
    • Upper Age Limit (as on 02/02/2026): 38 Years (with applicable relaxations)
    • Comparable CTC (Private/Other Sectors): 22.82 Lakhs (as per Table-2)

    Qualification Requirements:

    • Civil: Degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering.
    • Mechanical: Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Electrical: Degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
    • Chemical: Degree in Chemical Engineering OR M.Tech in Applied Chemistry.
    • E&I: Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Electronics Communication & Instrumentation Engineering/ Instrumentation & Process Control Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering / Degree in Applied Electronics/Degree in Instrumentation & Control Systems.

    Experience Summary (Common for all roles):

    Candidates must have experience as an Executive/Officer in Govt. or PSUs or reputed/leading organizations as mentioned against the required number of years of experience as at Table-2.

    Specific experience detailed in Table-1 includes:

    • Civil: Executing Greenfield / Brownfield projects / construction management, quality assurance, estimation, cost control, exposure on earth work, soil investigation, piling, RCC, structural/plant/building/tankages/Construction and maintenance of railways/road, cooling tower, piping network.
    • Mechanical: Maintenance of Pumps / Ball Mill / Crusher / Conveyor / Power Plant / Experience in Alumina Refinery mechanical maintenance / erection / commissioning.
    • Electrical: Experience in PLC/VFD/Power distribution/Transformers & Motors/ Power plant/ Experience in Alumina Refinery electrical maintenance/erection/commissioning.
    • Chemical: Experience in Bayer process of Alumina Plant or Calciner / main process experience of zinc / Copper plant/ Experience in Alumina Refinery project in erection/commissioning.
    • E&I: Experience in field instrumentation of any Industry/ DCS / PLC experience / Experience in Alumina Refinery E&I maintenance / erection / commissioning.

    Important Conditions

    • Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
    • A candidate shall be considered for one post only. Applying for more than one post will lead to cancellation of candidature.
    • No request for change in entered data or selection process date/venue will be entertained after submission.
    • The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD-UR, 13 years for PwBD-OBC (NCL), and 15 years for PwBD-SC/ST candidates. Maximum upper age limit (after relaxation) shall not exceed 56 years.
    • OBC candidates must belong to the Non-Creamy Layer (NCL).
    • EWS candidates need a valid Income and Assets Certificate for FY 2025-26.
    • Experience of candidates working on contract basis through an empaneled agency/contractor will not be considered. Only direct work experience including fixed term basis employment is counted.

    Mode of Selection

    Selection for E03 grade vacancies will be based on:

    1. Written Test/Computer-Based Test (CBT): 85% weightage.
    2. Personal Interview (PI): 15% weightage.

    Initial shortlisting for CBT is based on criteria in Table-1 and Table-2 provided in the online application.

    Qualifying Marks:

    • Un-reserved posts: 50% in CBT and PI (each component).
    • SC/ST/OBC (NCL) and UR(PwBD) candidates: 40% in CBT and PI (each component).
    • OBC(PwBD) / SC(PwBD) / ST(PwBD) candidates: 30% in CBT and PI (each component).
