    The positions are for Assistant Executive Engineer (Electrical) in Pay Band-3 (Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-), which corresponds to Level 10 (Rs.56100- 177500).

    Eligibility Details

    Eligibility Conditions (Officers under Central/State Government/UTs/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs/Universities/Research Institutions):

    The officer must satisfy either of the following service criteria:

    • (I) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR
    • (II) With two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4800 (Level 8, Rs.47600-151100) or equivalent; OR
    • (III) With three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4600 (Level 7, Rs.44900-142400) or equivalent.

    Educational Qualifications & Experience:

    • Qualification: Possessing B.E./B.Tech. in electrical engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
    • Experience: Three years experience in planning, construction and execution in electrical engineering projects.

    Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall be not exceeding 56 years, as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

    • Photocopies of APARs/CRs for the last five years (2020-2021 to 2024-2025 or 2021 to 2025), duly attested by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary to the GoI.
    • Cadre Clearance Certificate.
    • Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
    • Integrity Certificate.
    • 'No Major or Minor Penalty for last ten years' certificate (or a list of penalties if any).

    Important Conditions

    • The post is on deputation (ISTC) basis and the officer will be liable to be posted anywhere in India.
    • The period of deputation (ISTC) shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
