Eligibility Details
Eligibility criteria (age, qualification, experience) vary significantly by post and mode of recruitment (Direct Recruitment/Deputation/Absorption). The upper age limit is determined as of the closing date for receipt of applications (3rd March 2026).
- General Age Limits (Direct Recruitment): Maximum age not exceeding 30 years for most technical/support roles (e.g., Accountant, Lab Technologists), 35 years for Jr. Medical Record Officer, and 40 years for Nursing Superintendent.
- General Age Limits (Deputation/Absorption): Maximum age not exceeding 58 years for most posts.
- Computer Programmer (Level-11): For Absorption, must be an Officer from Govt/Statutory Bodies, holding analogous post OR 5 years regular service in Level-10 OR BE/B.Tech/MCA/BSc + Diploma in Computer Application + 5 years experience in IT/Networking/Hardware/Software Programming. Max age 58 years.
- Accounts Officer (Level-10, Goa): For Direct Recruitment, M.Com/MBA + 8 years experience as Accountant in Govt/PSU OR equivalent experience. Max age 40 years.
- Nursing Superintendent (Level-10, Goa): Essential: M.Sc. Nursing + 8 years experience (4 in administration). Max age 40 years.
- Assistant (Level-6): For Direct Recruitment: Graduate degree + Knowledge of operating Computer. Max age 30 years.
- Lab Attendant (Level-2): Essential: Two years regular Diploma in Medical Lab Technology/12th Science with Biology. Max age 28 years.
Note: All applicants must satisfy the essential criteria as on the last date of receipt of applications.

- Deputation Candidates: Must submit their online application form duly printed, along with required documents (Cadre Clearance, Integrity Certificate, list of penalties, Vigilance Clearance, attested ACRs/APARs for 5 years), through proper channel to The Director, AIIA, New Delhi by Speed Post/Registered Post (A.D.) within 15 days of the online submission closing date (approx. March 18, 2026).
- Application Fee (Direct Recruitment):
- Group A posts (Level-10+): ₹1000/- (Gen/OBC/EWS), ₹500/- (SC/ST).
