Details of Position
The positions are for Senior Research Officers to be filled on deputation on foreign service terms, initially up to 31st March 2028.

Eligibility Details
Applicants must be Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, autonomous bodies, statutory organizations, public sector undertakings, recognized universities, or recognized research institutions, fulfilling one of the following criteria:
- (i) Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR
- (ii) With four years' service rendered after appointment on a regular basis in Level-10 (Rs. 56100-177500) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; OR
- (iii) With seven years of service in the grade of Section Officer in Level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) or equivalent and one year of regular service in Level-10 in the parent cadre.
Essential Qualification
Possessing relevant field experience and one or more of the following educational qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Telecommunications or Computer Science or Information Technology or Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering recognized by AICTE.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Law, or Management recognized by the UGC.
- Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India.
Other Criteria
- The maximum age for appointment on deputation shall not exceed 56 years on the closing date of receipt of applications.
- The appointment is subject to prevailing DoP&Trg. OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay II) dated 17th June, 2010, as amended.
