- Essential: Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis, OR Executive Engineers (Civil/Electrical/AC&R) with 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 7600, OR Executive Engineers (Civil/Electrical/AC&R) with 10 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 6600.
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as of 15/02/2026.
- Source: Must be from Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, Public Sector Undertakings, or R&D organizations.
Eligibility for Office Superintendent
- Essential: Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis, OR officers with 10 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 2400/- in the relevant field.
- Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as of 15/02/2026.
