Eligibility Details
Post: Physical Training Instructor [01 UR]
- Essential Qualification: Graduate with Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) plus 3 years' experience.
- Desirable: Experience in Academic Institute/Universities will be preferred.
Post: Junior Assistant [01 SC, 02-OBC (NCL)]
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree with knowledge of computer operations.
- Desirable: Experience in Academic Institute/Universities will be preferred.
Post: Junior Technician (Lab)/(Maintenance) [ 01 SC, 01 OBC(NCL), 05UR)]
- Essential Qualification: Diploma in Engg./Bachelor's Degree(OR) ITI with 2 years' experience.
- Desirable: Experience in IT/CSE/ECE/Physics in an Academic Institute/University will be preferred; Knowledge of Handling Instruments and instruments techniques.

Note on Age: Relaxation in upper age limit will be available to reserved categories as per GoI rules. Contract employees of IIIT Allahabad, if eligible, can be considered up to a maximum age of 55 years. Age limit criteria are not applicable for regular employees of IIIT Allahabad.
Application Details
Application Fee (Group-B & C at Sl. Nos. 1 to 3): Rs. 1180/- (including GST). SC/ST/PwD & Ex-Servicemen are exempted from paying the fee.
Method of Application: Strictly ONLINE mode.
Online Application Period: From 10:00 a.m. on 22.01.2026 to 06.03.2026 (23:59 hrs).
Document Submission Deadline: The printout of the completed application form along with self-attested supporting documents must reach the Institute on or before 13.03.2026 (5:00 PM) through Speed Post.
Required Documents (for Speed Post submission): Self-attested supporting documents, transaction slip (for proof of fee payment, if applicable). Experience certificates must be on the organization's letterhead with required details.
Important Conditions
- Only ONLINE applications will be accepted. Hard copies submitted initially will be rejected.
- The printout of the completed application must reach the Institute via Speed Post by 13.03.2026, 5:00 PM. Incomplete applications or those received late will be summarily rejected.
- Candidates serving in Govt./Semi-Govt./PSUs/IIITA must apply through PROPER CHANNEL, submitting a printout and transaction slip, and may produce NOC at the time of interview.
- Application fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The eligibility of all candidates will be determined based on the normal closing date of the advertisement.
Mode of Selection
The selection process will consist of Written Test and / or Computer Test and / or Skill Test for all advertised posts (Sl. No. 1 to 3).
