Eligibility Details
1. Joint Director (Admn.) - Group A
- Period of Deputation: Initially for 3 years, extendable.
- Place of Posting: Kolkata.
- Eligibility (Age): Not exceeding 56 years as on closing date.
- Eligibility (Service): Officers holding analogous/equivalent post on regular basis OR With 5 years experience in Administration/Finance/Vigilance in PB-III (Rs.15,600-39,100) with GP Rs.6,600/- OR With 8 years experience in Administration/Finance/Vigilance in PB-III (Rs.15,600-39,100) with GP Rs. 5,400/-.
- Education: Graduate Degree in any discipline.
- Desirable: MBA/PG diploma in HRD/Finance/Law; Working experience in a medical institute; Working knowledge of Computers.
2. Accounts Officer - Group B
- Period of Deputation: Initially for 2 years, extendable.
- Place of Posting: Kolkata.
- Eligibility: Holding analogous post OR At least 8 years of experience in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Dept. out of which 5 years should be in the pay scale of PB-II (Rs. 9,300-34,800) with GP Rs. 4200/- (Level 6 of 7th CPC) OR 6 years as Sr. Accountant in PB-II (Rs.9300-34800) with GP Rs. 4200/-.
- Education: Degree in Commerce (for 8 years experience route) or Degree in any discipline (for 6 years experience route).
3. Store Officer/Maintenance Officer/Hostel Supervisor - Group B
- Period of Deputation: Initially for 2 years, extendable.
- Place of Posting: Kolkata.
- Eligibility: Holding analogous posts OR Persons with 5 years regular service in PB II (Rs.9300-34800) with GP Rs. 4200/- working as Office Superintendent / Steno. Gr. I / Assistant / Senior Accountant with requisite experience.
- Education: Degree in any discipline from recognized University.
- Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer.
4. Office Superintendent - Group B
- Period of Deputation: Initially for 3 years, extendable.
- Place of Posting: Kolkata.
- Eligibility: Holding analogous post with required experience in Establishment/Administration OR Persons holding regular post in PB I (Rs. 5200-20200) with GP Rs.2800/- with 6 years experience OR with GP Rs.2400/- with 11 years experience in Establishment/Administration.
- Education: Degree from recognized university.
5. Assistant - Group B
- Period of Deputation: Initially for 3 years, extendable.
- Place of Posting: Kolkata.
- Eligibility: Officers holding analogous post on regular basis with a degree in any discipline OR UDC or equivalent with 10 years regular service in PB I (Rs. 5200-20200) with GP Rs.2400/- and experience in Estt./Admn.
Application Details
Deadline: The last date for receipt of application is 23.03.2026 (Both dates are inclusive).
Method: Application in the prescribed proforma must reach via speed post, routed only through the proper channel (parent employer) to the Director, National Institute of Homeopathy, Kolkata.
Required Documents: Self-attested photocopies of all essential documents (qualifications, experience certificates, Admit Cards, Marksheets, age proof, Caste Certificates, vigilance clearance, and APARs of the last five years) must be submitted through proper channel.
Important Conditions
