Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Team Leader (Safety) [CP/01/26]: Full time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 15 years' experience in high rise buildings/KWA projects/ Irrigation/ shore protection/ Harbour projects with experience in managing and working in the field of health and safety. Must hold OSHA or NEBOSH certification.
- Team Leader (Civil) [CP/02/26]: Full time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 15 years' experience in high rise buildings/KWA Projects with experience in handling engineering aspects including interface coordination.
- Team Leader (MEP) [CP/03/26]: Full time Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering OR Full time Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 15 years' experience in high rise building projects/KWA projects with experience in handling engineering and overall coordination. Must have good knowledge in Electrical/HVAC/ Fire fighting ELV & Plumbing system including interface coordination.
- Team Leader (QC) [CP/04/26]: Full time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 15 years' experience in high rise building projects/KWA projects with experience in quality control, assurance/control, auditing design projects, developing QMS, and inspection/ testing/product conformity. Must be a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
- Project Engineer (Civil) [CP/05/26]: Full time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 7 years' experience in Building/water supply/shore protection works/waterways/irrigation/ Harbour, etc.

- Junior Engineer (Civil) [CL/01/26]: Full time Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering OR Full Time Diploma in Civil Engineering. Note on Experience: Training / internship / teaching / academic / fellowship / PhD research experience shall not be counted towards post-qualification experience. Experience shall be calculated as on 26.02.2026.
Age Criteria: Maximum Age is 55 years as of 26.02.2026. Age relaxation applicable as per Govt. orders for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD candidates.
Educational Recognition: Degree must be recognized by AICTE/UGC. Sections A & B examinations of the Institution of Engineers (India) recognized as equivalent to Degree are also accepted if enrolled on or before 31.05.2013.

Important Conditions
- The appointment is purely on a contract basis, initially for one year, extendable.
- Selected candidates will be liable for posting anywhere in India as per Company requirements, specifically for deployment at a client's site in Kerela.
- Offer letter issuance is subject to the client's approval of the CV.
- No train/bus fare / TA / DA shall be payable for the interview.
- Legal jurisdiction for disputes will be Delhi.
Mode of Selection
Selection will be based on Interview (100% weightage), weighted as: Technical & Professional proficiency (65%); Personality, Communication & Competency (35%). Candidates must secure a minimum of 60% marks (UR/EWS) or 50% marks (SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/ PWD) in the interview to be considered.
