    Details of Position

    The recruitment covers Supervisory (Technical) and Supervisory (Non-Technical) roles. Pay is based on the VII CPC Pay Matrix.

    Eligibility Details

    Manager (Technical) & Sr. Technical Officer (Technical Posts)

    • Qualification: Full time 1st Class M.E./ M. Tech in Mech/ Chem/Polymer Technology OR Ph.D in Engineering or Science or Technology in the relevant field.
    • Experience (Manager Tech): 8 years post qualification experience (or 6 years with Ph.D).
    • Experience (Sr. Tech Officer): 5 years post qualification experience (or 3 years with Ph.D).
    • Experience (Govt./PSU context): Minimum 3 years experience in specified pay matrix levels or total experience counted together in relevant sectors/organizations.

    Manager (P&A) (Non-Technical Post)

    • Qualification: Graduation in any discipline AND MBA / Post Graduation in Public Administration/ PG diploma in Management (Minimum 55% marks at Graduation and Post Graduation Level).
    • Experience: Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in HR, administration, personnel, purchase functions etc.
    • Experience (Govt./PSU context): At least 3 years experience in pay matrix level-11 or 8 years total experience in specified pay matrix levels 11&10 counted together.

    General Eligibility

    • Maximum Age Limit: Upto 45 years for Sl.No.(1 & 3) and upto 40 years for Sl.No:2. Age relaxation applicable as per Govt. of India rules.
    • Age criteria may apply as per policy.
