    Details of Position

    The recruitment is for regular positions, subject to a probation period of 1 year. Details of the advertised posts are as follows:

    Remuneration:

    • Deputy Manager (E-3): Pay Scale Rs. 60000-180000; Approx CTC INR 18.80 LPA
    • Assistant Manager (E-2): Pay Scale Rs. 50000-160000; Approx CTC INR 15.70 LPA

    Positions carry attractive perquisites including IDA, HRA (35% of Basic), Perks (Cafeteria) 35% of Basic, Superannuation Benefits up to 30% of Basic+DA, and applicable location-based allowance. Medical insurance is also provided.

    Eligibility Details

    Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience:

    • For Both Posts (Discipline: Company Secretary): Graduation in any discipline AND must be a Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). A Professional degree in Law is an additional qualification.
    • Assistant Manager (Exp.): 07 years of post-qualification experience in Company Secretarial compliances in Govt./Public/Private Company of repute, including independently handling Board meetings, drafting documents, and statutory compliance under the Companies Act and other relevant Corporate Laws.
    • Deputy Manager (Exp.): 09 years of post-qualification experience in Company Secretarial compliances in Govt./Public/Private Company of repute, including independently handling Board meetings, drafting documents, and statutory compliance under the Companies Act and other relevant Corporate Laws.

    Other Criteria:

    • All qualifications must be from UGC recognized Indian University / AICTE approved Indian Institutions. Candidates with qualifications through Distance Learning mode are not eligible.
    • The cut-off date for determining age limit and post-qualification experience is as on 31.12.2025.
    • Age criteria relaxation of 05 years is applicable for candidates from PSUs/ JVs of Fertilizer Industry.
    • Age criteria for Assistant Manager is 35 years, and for Deputy Manager is 37 years (as of 31.12.2025).

    Mode of Selection
