Eligibility Details
Applicants must generally be officers of the Central Government, State Government, High Court, District Court, Autonomous Bodies, Public Sector Undertakings, or Recognized Universities, eligible for deputation/absorption.
Deputy Registrar (Level-12)
- Possessing a degree in law from a recognized University.
- Eligibility options include: Holding an analogous post; OR Five years' service in Level 11; OR Ten years' combined service in Level 10 & 11; OR Holding specific Registrar/Judicial Officer posts in a High Court.
- Maximum age limit: 56 years as on closing date.
Principal Private Secretary (Level-11)
- Eligibility options include: Holding analogous post; OR Five years' regular service in Level 9; OR Six years' regular service in Level 8.
- Must possess speed in stenography of 120 wpm (English) and knowledge of computers.
- Maximum age limit: 56 years as on closing date.
Court Master (Level-7)
- Eligibility options include: Holding analogous post; OR Five years' regular service in Level 6.
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree, speed in stenography of 100 wpm (English), and knowledge of computers.
- Maximum age limit: 56 years as on closing date.
Judicial Assistant (Filing) (Level-6)
- Eligibility options include: Holding analogous post; OR Six years' regular service in Level 5; OR Ten years' regular service in Level 4.
- Must possess a degree in law (recognized University) and knowledge of computers.
- Maximum age limit: 56 years as on closing date.
Personal Assistant (Level-6)
- Eligibility options include: Holding analogous post; OR Ten years' regular service in Level 4.
- Must possess speed in stenography (English) of 80 wpm and knowledge of computers.
Librarian (Level-6)
- Eligibility options include: Holding analogous post; OR Six years' regular service in Level 5; OR Ten years' regular service in Level 4.
- Must possess a degree in Library Science, five years' experience as Librarian/Assistant Librarian, and knowledge of computers.
Stenographer Grade-D (Level-4)
- Eligibility options include: Holding analogous post; OR Eight years' regular service in Level 2.
- Must possess qualifications prescribed for direct recruits.
General Conditions: The period of deputation, including previous service in another ex-cadre post, shall generally be five years. Candidates appointed on deputation basis have an option for permanent absorption after two years of service, subject to the appointing authority's discretion.
Application Details
Deadline: Applications must reach the undersigned not later than 24th of March 2026 (six weeks from the date of issue of the vacancy circular).
Method: Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format provided in the 'Annexure'.
Required Documents: Applications must be forwarded through proper channels and must include attested copies of up-to-date ACRS/APAR for the last five years and vigilance clearance/integrity certificate.
