    Eligibility Details

    Minimum Educational Qualifications, Experience, Publications Etc for the Post of Various TEACHING POSTS shall be applicable as prescribed by the UGC Regulations 2018/ NCTE Regulations 2014/ AICTE Regulations/ ICAR Guidelines (as the case may be) as amended from time to time. The minimum required Research Publications shall be taken into account from the Peer-Reviewed or UGC listed Journals. A relaxation of 5% may be provided at the graduate and Masters level for the SC/ST/Differently-ambled (physically and visually differently-ambled)/Other Backward Classes (OBC) (Non-creamy layer) categories for the purpose of eligibility.

    Application Details

    Deadline: 05th April 2026 (Till 11:59 PM, IST)

    Method: Online application through CU CHAYAN portal.

    Application Fee: ₹1000/- (General/OBC/EWS Category) and ₹500/- (SC/ST). PWD candidates are exempted. Fees are non-refundable.

    Required Documents: Candidates must upload scanned copies of their original certificates and mark-sheets from Matriculation onwards. Those already in service must upload a scan copy of "NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” & “Vigilance clearance certificate" (or submit them at the time of interview if upload is not possible).

    Important Conditions

    • The period taken to acquire M. Phil and/or Ph.D Degree shall not be considered as teaching/research experience.
    • No interim correspondence will be entertained; canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
    • Separate applications and fees are required for each post if applying for more than one.
    • The University reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates for interview based on qualifications and experience.
    • Selected candidates must serve the University for a minimum period of 3 (three) years from the date of joining.
