Eligibility Details
Essential Qualifications:
- Officer Trainee (Company Secretary): Candidates should be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The date of acquiring the Associate Member Certificate will be the basis for qualification cut-off.
- Officer Trainee (Finance): Candidates must have passed CA / ICWA (CMA). The date of issuance of the final mark sheet will be the basis for qualification cut-off.
Age Limit:
- Upper Age Limit for both posts is 28 years as on 05.11.2025.
- Age relaxations apply as per Government of India directives (OBC(NCL): 3 years, SC/ST: 5 years, PwBD: 10/13/15 years).

Important Conditions
- Candidates must be Indian Nationals aged 18 years or above.
- Candidature is provisional at all stages.
- Selection is based on the final score derived from CBT (85%), Group Discussion (3%), and Personal Interview (12%).
- Selected candidates must execute a service agreement bond (₹5,00,000/- for General/OBC/EWS; ₹2,50,000/- for SC/ST/PwBD) to serve for at least three years post-training.
- Selected candidates will undergo On the Job Training (OJT) and will be absorbed as Officer at E-2 level upon successful completion.
Mode of Selection
The selection process involves:
- Written Test / Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of Professional Knowledge Test (PKT - 120 Qs) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT - 50 Qs).
- Shortlisting based on CBT performance for subsequent stages.
- Group Discussion (GD), Behavioral Assessment, and Personal Interview (PI).
Qualifying Criteria in CBT: Unreserved/EWS require Minimum 40% marks overall, with at least 30% in EAT and PKT separately. Reserved categories require Minimum 30% overall, with at least 25% in EAT and PKT separately.
Qualifying Marks in Interview: Unreserved/EWS: 40%; Reserved vacancy: 30%.
