Eligibility Details
Essential Qualification:
- Applicant must have a full-time Graduate degree in Electrical / Electronics / Bio Medical Engineering from a UGC recognized Indian University.
Desirable Qualification:
- Post Graduate degree or diploma in Business Management from a Recognized Institution/ University.
- Certificate/ Diploma in Procurement / Supply Chain Management or related fields.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience, of which at least 5 years must be in the procurement of medical equipment for public agencies.
- Minimum 03 years of supervisory experience.
Age Limit:
Maximum age limit is 45 years (as of July 1, 2025).

Important Conditions
- The position is offered on a contractual basis initially for three years, extendable based on performance, or on deputation terms.
- Candidates applying on deputation will be given preference based on the personal interview only.
- July 1, 2025, will be the reference date for computing age, qualification, and experience criteria.
- Regular government employees are encouraged to apply on deputation; an NOC will be required from the parent department upon selection.
- Applications not received in the prescribed format or received after the due date will be summarily rejected.
- For contractual positions, candidates are eligible for a 3% annual increment up to the maximum limit.
Mode of Selection
Selection will be based on a personal interview process. If more than 10 candidates are eligible, a preliminary evaluation process will be used to shortlist the best 10 candidates. The preliminary evaluation weightage is: Essential Qualification marks (5 Marks), Desirable Qualification (5 Marks), and Working Experience (10 Marks).
