    Method of Recruitment Deputation OR Contract basis for an initial tenure of three (03) years, extendable for a maximum of another two (02) years or till attaining the age of 62 years, whichever is earlier, as fixed by GOI.

    Eligibility Details

    Candidates must meet the following essential and desirable criteria:

    A. Essential Qualifications:

    • Education: A postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
    • Experience (Option 1): At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in AGP of Rs. 7000 (or equivalent VII CPC scale) and above along with experience in educational administration; OR
    • Experience (Option 2): 8 years of service in the AGP of Rs. 8000 (or equivalent VII CPC scale) and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration; OR
    • Experience (Option 3): 15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar in GP 7600 or an equivalent post.

    B. Desirable Qualifications:

    • Qualification in the area of Management /Engineering/ Law.
    • Experience in Computerized administration/Accounts & Finance/Stores & Purchase/ Legal/Establishment matters.

    Age Criteria: Upper Age Limit is 55 years as on the closing date. Age criteria may apply as per policy for Deputation.

    • Method: Applications must be submitted Online via the recruitment portal available on the Institute website (www.iiitdmk.ac.in).
    • Required Documents: Persons employed in Government/Semi-Government Organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) along with their online application. A copy of the duly filled application may be submitted through the online portal together with a self-declaration by the stating that the NOC will be submitted at the time of interview (as per format provided).
    • Application Fee: Non-refundable online application fee is Rs. 1000/-. SC/ST/PwD/Women/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.

    Important Conditions

    • Applicants must ensure they meet the minimum qualifications, experience, and age criteria before applying.
    • The Institute reserves the right to modify/defer/cancel the advertisement/recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
    • Travelling allowance will not be paid for attending the interview (economy air travel/AC-II Train).
    • Only shortlisted candidates will be informed and called for an interview. No individual communications will be sent to non-shortlisted candidates.
    • Any dispute concerning the selection/recruitment process will be subject to Courts/Tribunals having jurisdiction over Kurnool.
    • Incentive for Registrar (if appointed on Contract basis): Furniture by the Institute costs up to Rs. 2 Lakhs. Pension is not to exceed Rs. 2,25,000/-. HRA, Telephone reimbursement, and Medical Facilities as per Institute norms are applicable.
