Job Description
- Functional capabilities should be inclusive of thorough knowledge of labour laws and service regulations, Disciplinary matters, application of HRM concepts, tools and practices, such as manpower planning, Performance Management, career planning, succession planning, training and development, competency modelling, competency appraisal etc.
- Exposure in industrial relations having multiple trade unions scenario is desirable.
- Experience in latest HR Practices and Policies, dealing with retention and attrition aspects.
Eligibility Details
Essential Qualification (As on 14/01/2026)
- Qualification: M.B.A. (HR)/ P.G. Degree/ Diploma in Management (HR) or its equivalent (Full Time).
- Experience: Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience.
- Pay Scale Equivalence (Required Experience):
- Working in pay scale Rs. 56100-177500 (L10)/ Rs. 53100-167800 (L9) or above, OR
- Last 03 years of service in pay scale Rs. 47600-151100 (L8), OR
- Working in pay scale Rs. 50000-160000 (E2) or above, OR
- Last 03 years of service in pay scale Rs. 40000-140000 (E1).
Note on Qualifications: Only Full Time Regular Courses will be considered. All essential qualifications must be from UGC recognized Indian University/ UGC recognized Indian Deemed University or AICTE approved course from Autonomous Indian Institutions/concerned statutory council (wherever applicable).

Important Conditions
- Only Indian Nationals above 18 years of age are eligible.
- Candidates working with Government entities/ CPSEs/ SPSEs in regular capacity are only eligible for immediate absorption. Candidates working on contract/ad-hoc basis are not eligible.
- A Service Bond of Rs. 2 lakhs plus GST and cost of training, if any, must be executed to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of two (02) years upon selection.
- Candidates shall be exempted from pre-appointment medical checkup, but must be physically and medically fit.
- Teaching or freelancing experience shall not be considered as qualifying experience.
Mode of Selection
The Selection Process will comprise of Written Test/ CBT (80% Weightage) and Interview (20% Weightage). A merit list will be prepared based on the combined score. Minimum qualifying percentage for determining suitability shall be 60%.
