LGB Regional Institute of Mental Health (LGBRIMH), an Autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, located in Tezpur, Assam, is seeking dedicated professionals for contractual positions under the Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) scheme. The recruitment is for contractual posts under the ATF scheme for a fixed term of one (1) year.

Eligibility Details
- Medical Officer (Sl. No. 1): MBBS from a recognized Institute. Preferable: MD or equivalent qualification in Psychiatry.
- Staff Nurse (Sl. No. 2): ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery). Preferable: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) / B.Sc Nursing.
Prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing does not entitle any candidate for selection.

Important Conditions
- Engagement is on a full-time contract basis for a fixed term of one (1) year, contingent upon funding availability.
- The contract may be terminated by either party by serving a one-month notice period or remitting one month's salary.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to terminate the engagement immediately without cause.
- The appointee shall have no claim or rights for regular appointment at LGBRIMH.
- No extra allowances (like Provident Fund, Pension Gratuity, Medical Attendance Treatment, Seniority, Promotion etc.) will be provided; remuneration is a fixed consolidated pay.
- Candidates already working must produce a Relieving Certificate before joining.
- Suppression of facts or false information will lead to immediate removal from service.
Mode of Selection
Selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview held on 24.02.2026. The decision of the Selection Committee at LGBRIMH, Tezpur, will be final.
