Eligibility Details
Nationality/Citizenship
A candidate must be:
- A citizen of India, OR
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee (who came to India before 1st January, 1962) with permanent settlement intention, OR
- A person of Indian origin who migrated from specified countries with permanent settlement intention (subject to holding a certificate of eligibility from the Government of India).

Minimum Educational/Professional Qualification and Work Experience (as on 01.01.2026)
- General Manager – Credit Monitoring (Regular): Chartered Accountant (CA) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM). Experience: Minimum 20 years' experience in Banks / AIFIs / NBFCs / HFCs, with minimum 10 years in housing finance, AND must have headed the credit function as Zonal/National head OR must be holding regular post of Scale VI / Grade E in Banks / AIFIs.
- General Manager - Treasury (Contractual): Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)/ MBA / PGDM / PGDBM. Experience: At least 20 years in Banking or Financial Services, out of which 10 years in Money market / G-Sec / Forex/ Integrated Treasury Operations. Serving officers in Senior Management of Regulatory Bodies/ Banks/AIFIs/NBFCs/HFCs are eligible. Domain knowledge of Banking, Forex, Regulatory norms, IT, forecasting, and analytical skills is desirable.
Age criteria may apply as per policy for reserved categories.

Important Conditions

Mode of Selection
