    Eligibility Details

    Administrative Officer (Age Limit: 40 Years)

    • Essential Qualifications: Master's degree with at least 55% of marks or an equivalent grade.
    • Selection involves an All India open competition through a written test and interview.

    Senior Personal Assistant (Age Limit: 35 Years)

    • Essential Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
    • Minimum 03 years' experience as Personal Assistant in Pay Level 6 or 5 years as Stenographer in Pay Level 4 or above in a relevant establishment (University/Govt./PSU/reputed private organization).
    • Skill Test Requirements: Proficiency in Stenography (120 w.p.m. English / 100 w.p.m. Hindi) and Typing (35 w.p.m. English / 30 w.p.m. Hindi), plus knowledge of Computer Applications.

    Junior Assistant (Age Limit: 32 Years)

    • Essential Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree from any recognized Institute/ University.
    • English Typing speed @ 35 w.p.m. OR Hindi Typewriting @ 30w.p.m.
    • Proficiency in Computer Operations.

    Library Attendant (Age Limit: 32 Years)

    • Essential Qualifications: 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
    • Certificate course in Library Science from a recognized Institution.
    • Candidates will be assessed for knowledge of Computer Applications.

    General Age Criteria: The upper age limit for direct recruitment is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates as per Central Government orders. The maximum age shall not exceed 56 years on the crucial date (08-03-2026).
