Eligibility Details
Eligibility for Senior Environmental Manager (on contract)
- Essential Qualification: MSc. in Environmental Science or ME/M.Tech in Environmental Engineering from a recognized University.
- Experience: 07 years Minimum.
- Age Limit: 50 years.
Eligibility for Junior Environmental Manager (on contract)
- Essential Qualification: BSc. in Environmental Science or BE / B.Tech in Environmental Engineering from a recognized University.
- Experience: 03 years Minimum.
- Age Limit: 40 years.
Roles & Responsibilities (Applicable to both posts)
The core responsibility includes ensuring compliance with all Environmental Clearance (EC) and Consent to Establish / Operate (CTE/CTO) conditions, including managing timely renewals and submissions. Duties involve attending GSPCB meetings, preparing environmental documentation, monitoring test reports, maintaining records, implementing pollution control measures, coordinating with regulatory bodies (GSPCB, CRZ authorities), addressing stakeholder concerns, and managing solid/hazardous waste disposal in line with Harit Sagar guidelines.
